Eli Coming Home?
Well it looks like Eli might come home tomorrow - as long as a few more people check him off. The kidney doctors said they could just see him as an outpatient and since he is eating most of his bottles these days there are not many other reasons to keep him. No significant change in his kidneys. They've added a medicine that has helped reduce his BUN, but unfortunately the medicine cannot directly help his kidneys. He'll get checkups at least weekly with more thorough exams every month to track his kidney function. We're prayerful that his left kidney will be able to heal to make up for his right.

Wonderful! Are you ready for both of them to be together at home finally? I hope and pray they both continue to do well.
That is GREAT!! I am praying that they are able to check him off so that he can come home! YAY! That will be so nice to have the brothers together! Maybe that will help with Noah's sleeping. Thanks so much for keeping us posted!!

How exciting!!! I'm happy for you all, hopefully he does get to come home. My mom only has one functioning kidney (the other one I believe was taken out when she was younger) and she's doing well, so hopefully the same turns out for Eli! Good luck, my prayers are with you all!
