The butt bomb (don't worry this is not a story about poop)

The butt bomb started with Eli. When Pat and Deb were staying here when they were getting their floors done, the boys loved playing on their air mattress. One night Eli and Noah were acting super crazy and running and jumping all over their air mattress. This was the night the butt bomb was born. Eli would jump up and the flop down on his butt onto the air mattress. This went on for almost an hour of him butt bombing onto the mattress. It has since evolved to standing on the very top of the couch and then leaping onto his butt onto the sitting part of the couch.

Noah's version of the butt bomb is a little different. While Eli makes sure his landing is cushioned, Noah could care less. The other night the boys were pretty wound up and they were running around in circles in the living room. All the sudden Noah stopped what he was doing, leaped into the air, and landed straight on his butt on the wood floor. No padding whatsoever. It was no surprise after a few butt bombs his butt started to hurt and I found a black and blue bruise on his derriere while I was changing his diaper that night. These videos are from yesterday while the boys were playing in the pool and Noah felt compelled to butt bomb in the pool and on the slide. I find them hilarious!
